EU: Mobile phone roaming charges almost gone since law enacted

The European Union says roaming charges for mobile phones have been reduced by 90 percent since a law restricting prices for customers in the bloc was proposed in 2007.

But consumer advocates are concerned that phone companies will try to claw back the charges some other way.
