Were war crimes committed in Palestine?
The ICC has opened a probe into possible war crimes by Israel and Palestinians.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) said it would examine “in full independence and impartiality” crimes that may have committed during the Israeli war on Gaza. Palestinians also face possible accusations.
The decision by the court was slammed by Israel and the United States.

But is the ICC really capaple of carrying out a full investigation into this case? And what would the consequences be?
