Cuba, US react to deadly shootout between agents and Florida-tagged boat

A deadly shootout between Cuba’s border agents and a Florida-registered speedboat resulted in four people being killed and others injured. Cuba accused those aboard of intending to carry out terrorism, while the US says it is verifying what happened.
